I was trying to figure out the right window part and wasn’t totally sure what I needed. I felt kind of lost and thought I might end up ordering the wrong thing.
Their tech support got back to me quickly and, as far as I could tell, really knew their stuff. They went over the details with me, sent the info I needed, and didn’t make me feel silly for asking. After that, the order was easy. Definitely a 5-star experience for me.

My order showed up in really good shape, with no dents, broken corners, or anything like that. The outer box looked fine too. It did take a little extra effort to open, but for something I’d rather have protected during shipping, I’m okay with that.

I ordered a few window film samples, and yeah, the sizes and colors were exactly what I picked. Everything was in the package too, so no complaints there.
The only reason I’m going with 4 stars is because the shipping updates were quiet, and I was kind of left wondering when it was actually going to show up.
But the order itself was correct, and that’s what mattered most to me. Just wish the delivery tracking had been a little better.

I ordered this replacement part for my window and, honestly... I was mostly just hoping it would actually fit. Luckily, it matched up well with the old one.
The measurements on the site were helpful, and once I compared everything, it lined up without too much hassle. It did take me a few minutes to get it seated just right, but nothing too frustrating.
I’m giving it 4 stars only because the shipping was a little slower than I expected. Other than that, the part did what I needed it to do.

"Good options for window film, more than expected"
I was looking around on Reflect Window they had a good range of window films. Different sizes and types there were a lot of, so finding what I needed wasn’t too hard. I did spend a bit of time comparing everything, maybe more than I planned, but overall it was a good experience.

I ordered from reflectwindow.com and, the delivery was reliable. Based on how these things usually go, I was half expecting the tracking to lag or the package to show up a day late, but it actually arrived when they said it would. The tracking updated well enough along the way too. The packaging wasn’t perfect, so I’m assuming they could tighten that part up a bit, but overall it was a good experience.

I needed this weird old window latch and didn’t think I had much of a chance finding it online. It’s ridiculous how hard these little parts can be to track down, but Reflect Window had it listed with enough details that I could actually compare it to mine and feel confident ordering it.
Shipping was fine, just not especially quick, and the tracking updates were a little slow. But the part showed up, it was the right one, and it worked like it should, so overall I’m happy. Taking off one star just for the slower updates

"Exactly what I needed"
I ordered a replacement window part from reflectwindow.com, the product info was spot on. I wasn’t totally sure at first, but the measurements, photos, and description all matched what showed up. I had a small issue with my order and, my brain immediately went to “great, this is going to be a whole thing.” But I emailed them and they handled it quickly without dragging me through a bunch of back-and-forth. The part arrived fine after that, so I’d be comfortable ordering from them again.
